My country

Οι μαθητές του ΣΤ 1 μετά την ολοκλήρωση της πρώτης ενότητας στο μάθημα των Αγγλικών και αφού ήρθαν σε επαφή με τη δομή των reports κλήθηκαν να δημιουργήσουν ένα κείμενο και για τη δική τους χώρα. Οι μαθητές χωρίστηκαν σε 5 ομάδες, κάθε μία από τις οποίες ανέλαβε να συγκεντρώσει πληροφορίες για διαφορετικές θεματικές ενότητες, όπως name of country/borders,landscape,weather,people, writer?s opinion. Στη συνέχεια στην αίθουσα των υπολογιστών,με την καθοδήγηση του καθηγητή της Πληροφορικής κ.Νίκου Πενήντα, κατέγραψαν τις ιδέες τους σε συνεργατικό έγγραφο. Και οι πέντε ομάδες έγραφαν ταυτόχρονα στο ίδιο έγγραφο, με αποτέλεσμα το παρακάτω κείμενο.

     My country

Hi! I am a student of 6th grade of Primary school and I come from Greece.The capital of Greece is Athens.Greece borders with Albania,Northern Macedonia,Bulgaria and Turkey.

My country is mostly mountainous .The highest mountain is Olympus.There are also large plains especially in Thessaly and Macedonia .Greece has thousand of islands that attract lots of tourists during the summer.

In the winter the weather is cold.It often rains but it rarely snows .The temperature sometimes drops below zero.In the summer it is very hot and we spend a lot of time outdoors.

The people of Greece are  very friendly. They speak Greek and they are very proud of their country. They are kind and make everyone  have a good time here!!!

I love Greece because it is a beautiful country.Many tourists visit my country every year because there are a lot of places to visit.I think it is exciting to live in Greece.
